Are your candles vegan?


Yes! We individually hand-pour each candle using all natural, plant-based soy wax free from paraffin for both clean and long, lasting burn.

I ordered more than one candle, can you pack them individually?


We are more than happy to accommodate this. Please email us with your order number and we will make sure we pack them individually.

What is your return policy?


We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns on wholesale orders are not accepted. Please visit our wholesale page to get in touch.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your candle please contact first.

Damaged Stock

Due to the delicate nature of the our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit, please email us at info@westloft.co and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle.

Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Our candle scent is is a unique blend of florals and fruit with top notes of juicy pear and agave merge.

Note: our candles are phthalate free.
